The process of an order at
QUICK Courier

 

1. Submitting the order
The client fills out a simple online form available on the QUICK Courier website. Pickup and delivery details, product type, preferred time, and extra options (e.g., express delivery, fragile, payment method) are entered.

2. Confirmation and automatic processing
After submission, the order is taken over by our digital system, and the nearest available courier is automatically assigned. The customer receives confirmation and a tracking link via email/SMS.

3. Package Pickup
The QUICK Courier courier arrives at the specified address, picks up the package, and prepares it for same-day delivery. The entire process is monitored digitally.

4. Package Delivery
The package is delivered in optimal time, sometimes even in under 60 minutes. Upon arrival, the customer signs for receipt, and the order status is updated in real time.

5. Completing the order
In the case of cash on delivery orders, the amount is collected and returned to the merchant in a short time. After completion, the customer can provide feedback for the continuous improvement of services.
